Liz Whittall and Chris Hill, trained practitioners from the Harmony Hub in Chorley, are leading a sound bath every month at Wildwood Days. Due to popular demand, we are running two Sound baths on this date in March. This booking is for the 1-2:15pm event.

A sound bath is an outdoor meditation using gongs, Tibetan and crystal bowls, chimes, drums and other healing instruments plus the sounds of nature to help you relax. Come and enjoy this mindful experience in our beautiful woodland clearing.

Places are limited and you must book in advance. This is aimed at adults only although older teens can come if accompanied.

Sensible outdoor footwear (wellies or walking boots) is essential, as is a waterproof in case of rain. Wrap up in layers you can remove to make yourself comfortable regardless of the weather. The tarps will be up when needed providing some shelter in the case of bad weather.

Some tarps/mats for the ground will be provided, but you are welcome to bring your own rug, blankets or yoga mats for use during the session. Alternatively, you can bring along recliner chairs or anything you need to make yourself comfortable.

If you do plan on attending, we do have parking on site and ask that you park in our car park. Please do not park on neighbouring land or block access gates. As we have another event at 3pm, we kindly ask that you vacate the carpark at your earliest convenience, once the event has finished. Thank you.
