Please note: this is the second Sound Bath being run on this date. This Sound Bath starts at 3pm.

Liz Whittall and Chris Hill, trained practitioners from the Harmony Hub in Chorley, are leading a sound bath every month at Wildwood Days. We have added this additional session at a later time than usual due to popular demand.

A sound bath is an outdoor meditation using gongs, Tibetan and crystal bowls, chimes, drums and other healing instruments plus the sounds of nature to help you relax. Come and enjoy this mindful experience in our beautiful woodland clearing.

Places are limited and you must book in advance. This is aimed at adults only although older teens can come if accompanied.

Sensible outdoor footwear (wellies or walking boots) is essential, as is a waterproof in case of rain. Wrap up in layers you can remove to make yourself comfortable regardless of the weather. The tarps will be up when needed providing some shelter in the case of bad weather.

Some tarps/mats for the ground will be provided, but you are welcome to bring your own rug, blankets or yoga mats for use during the session. Alternatively, you can bring along recliner chairs or anything you need to make yourself comfortable.

You will receive an information email a few days before the event. Please check your spam folder and get in touch if you haven’t received anything. If you haven’t booked with us before it might be worth adding info@wildwooddays.co.uk to your contacts.

If you do plan on attending, we do have parking on site and ask that you park in our car park. Please do not park on neighbouring land or block access gates. As we have another event at 1pm, we kindly ask that you do not arrive until 2:45pm. This will allow time for the previous attendees to vacate the carpark and create space for you. Thank you.
