Place to Play (Wednesday afternoons)

This is an opportunity for your family ‘bubble’ to come and play on our beautiful forest school site for a 1 hour slot.

Maximum of 8 people (including children and adults). We are exempt from the rule of 6 as our activities are educational and we have put extra measures in place to be Covid-19 secure.

All our usual outdoor provision will be there (mud kitchen, rope swing, digging area, tunnel, boat, willow teepee) plus a few extra pieces of kit (toy diggers, bug-hunting set, toy dinosaurs) for you to play with. We will provide a hot drink for the adults and squash or water for the children (plus biscuits).

£30 for 1 hour. Please arrive and leave promptly as we will need time in-between the slots to clean and disinfect the equipment. Please message us to confirm what time slot you require. Thank you 🙂

If you would like an additional led activity this is another £30. You could chose from a bush-craft experience with whittling tuition and toasting marshmallows over the fire, bug handling (stick insects) plus a minibeast hunt & craft activity, dinosaurs, fairies, pirates or a bespoke theme. Please get in touch to discuss your requirements if this would be of interest.

Place to Play will be running every Wednesday during term time with the following slots: 11:45 to 12:45, 12:55 to 1:55 and 2:05 to 3:05pm. Please message us to check availability of your time slot. If you do need an after school slot we may be able to offer 4 – 5pm on some Wednesdays. The following dates are currently available: 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th January or 3rd or 10th February.
