Herbal tea tasting

In this mindful and relaxing workshop you will try 3 to 4 herbal teas and discuss their effects and benefits. Lead by Sophie Outen, a qualified medicinal herbalist and nutritional therapist. This session is aimed at adults but older children could attend if accompanied (minimum age 12).

We will be seated in our longhouse craft shelter so will be undercover if it rains and will put the log-burning stove on if it is cold.

There is no need to bring anything – everything is provided, including a slice of homemade cake. Only 8 places available.

We want our events to be as accessible as possible so we are trialling tiered ticket prices. The recommended price for the session (to cover staff time and materials) is £15 but if you chose to pay more it will go towards subsidising future events.
