Herbal Medicine Walk – Summer
This is the second of this year’s Herbal Medicine walks led by Sophie Outen, our local medicinal herbalist.
Join us for a guided walk through the beautiful Brinscall woods looking at the medicinal value of the plants we find along the way.
Sophie is doing a series of seasonal walks in Spring, Summer and Autumn this year.
This is the summer walk on the 18th July, 2-4pm.
The Autumn walk will be on September 26th, 10-12pm.
The walk will finish at our forest school site for some herbal tea and a slice of homemade cake.
We’d advise bringing a notebook, pencil and a camera, unless you have a very good memory!
