Our party packages are very flexible and we love the challenge of coming up with new activities for a theme that’s a bit different so please ask if you’d like something that’s not listed below.

2024 update – I’m afraid we are now fully booked for summer parties. Please get in touch if you’d like a party later in the year (September onwards). Sorry for any disappointment. We hope to help you celebrate another year!

Your party will be based at our site in Brinscall woods (end of Lodge Bank). We have on-site parking, a compost toilet, a shelter and several tarpaulins for cover if it’s raining.

The parties last approximately 2 hours and are £12 per child. This includes an icebreaker activity (so we can learn everyone’s names!), 3 themed games/activities (usually including some form of treasure hunt/trail, and a craft activity) and toasting marshmallows round an open fire to finish (with hot chocolate or juice depending on the temperature!).

We can also provide party food (£6 per head), themed party bags (£6 per head) and photography (£40) – all in whatever theme you have chosen. The party food is either a selection of sandwiches, crisps and a few salad items (cherry tomatoes, cucumber) followed by fruit salad with squirty cream and sprinkles OR hot dogs cooked over the fire (with the same dessert). If you would like something different please just ask.

The minimum price is equivalent to a group size of 12 and the recommended maximum group size is usually 20 (depending on age group, activity chosen and how many staff we have available!).

Our party slots are usually available on alternate Saturdays, either 10 – 12 or 2 – 4pm. Please be aware that the summer dates tend to get booked up about 6 months in advance!
