Parties

Our parties offer a chance to have fun outside with friends and family, and experience a little woodland magic

Your party will be based at our site in Brinscall woods (end of Lodge Bank). We have on-site parking, a compost toilet, a shelter and a few tarpaulins for cover if it’s raining. We have two ends of site depending on the age and group size.

The parties last approximately 2 hours and are £13 per child. This usually includes a welcome and hazards around the fire circle, free play in our forest setting with all the usual Forest School fun, and themed activities (activities depend on the size and age of the group). This also includes drinks for adults and children. We usually end all parties with a gather around the fire circle to toast marshmallows then sing Happy Birthday together to the birthday child (you’re welcome to bring along a birthday cake).

We can also provide party food (£6 per head) which is usually hot dogs cooked on the camp fire followed by dessert (usually chocolate brownies). Dietary requirements can be catered for with advance notice. If you would like something different, please just ask and we will try to accommodate. Alternatively, you can bring along your own food or snacks.

The minimum price is equivalent to a group size of 12 and the recommended maximum group size is usually 20 (depending on age group, activity chosen and how many staff we have available!).

Our party slots are usually available on Saturdays, either 10 – 12 or 2 – 4pm. Please be aware that most dates tend to get booked up about 6 months in advance!

Party Themes

We have some suggested themes that have worked well in the past, but we always try to be flexible if you have any great ideas for your party! Some activities depend on the age and group sizes but we try to make your wishes come true!
