Leather knife-sheath workshop

Come and create your very own unique leather knife sheath (designed to fit a Mora 120).

You will learn how to cut out and prepare your whittling knife sheath pattern, emboss and dye the leather with a choice of colour and design. Finishing the process with stitching and fastening before the final leather treatments.

All tools and materials are provided. The course is taught by local leather-worker, Jeanette Tonks, who has been running workshops for Scout group leaders over the past 2 and a half years.

Suitable for complete beginners as a full demonstration and step by step guidance will be given throughout the day.

To complete the knife sheath please expect to work throughout the allotted time (other than breaks for refreshments and lunch). and please bring lunch with you. Tea and biscuits will be available.

This is a fantastic experience to form your own knife sheath with your choice of design, colour and stitching.
